We offer WordPress Care Plans for everything from one page brochure sites to large Ecommerce websites.

We can advise you of the right package for you and if you ever experience any issues with your website then you know exactly who to call. 

All plans include premium hosting.

Updating your website

After completion of the project, WebRocket can offer tuition for self maintained websites, or we can offer a variety of support contracts if you do not have the time, or desire, to update your website yourself. We believe in providing a personal service to you, so if you have a problem or a question, you always know who you can email or call for a response.

Online Presence

Given a successful modern online presence is about more than having a good website, we offer you a range of complimentary services that will help increase exposure to your online business presence.

These services include everything  from running Google Ad words, designing and sending email newsletter campaigns to establishing and integrating your Social Media. If you don’t want to deal with a variety of companies for your online needs, you don’t have to, you only need to speak to us.

Software Updates

We update WordPress, plugins and themes to keep your site secure and performing optimally.

Priority Support

Care plan clients are given priority support over clients requiring ad-hoc work.

24/7 Uptime Monitoring

If your website is down for any period, we are notified so we can check if there are any issues.

Premium Plugins

By being on a care plan with us, you have access to our licenses for various premium plugins, worth up to $500 per year.

Backups

We store 90-day rolling backups in the cloud incase the unthinkable happens. We’ll restore the site for free.

Speed Optimisation

We use premium caching software and set it up to have your site loading in less than 3 seconds.

FAQs

Do I need a Care Plan?

Websites require regular care to keep everything running smoothly. 

Sometimes not updating to the latest version of WordPress can mean your website may have security loopholes that can be exploited by hackers.

A care plan keeps your website healthy behind-the-scenes, so you don’t have to worry about any potential issues.  

Can I not take care of it myself?

Yes, you could. We train all our clients how to maintain their site as part of our website design package. You might not have the time or inclination though, and that’s where our care plans come in.

My website was created by another provider, can you still help?

We definitely can. First we’d need to run a thorough website health check though, to check the foundations of your site are solid. That way, we can identify any potential issues before they become issues – so you get better value from your maintenance package.

Will my website stop working if I don't have a Care Plan?

Your site will continue to work as normal without a care plan, but it’s still vital you maintain the site yourself.

If your website is not regularly maintained, you leave yourself open to issues such as poor performance & security breaches. Without a suitable backup plan, it is possible to lose your website data, especially if it is hacked.

Many of our clients prefer to offload maintenance to us, so they can focus their energies elsewhere.

What happens if I require more support in a particular month?

If the work you require is beyond your complimentary allowance, you can still request further support, at a discounted rate.

Our current hourly rate for care plan clients is $100 + GST.

If I don't use my support in a given month, does the credit rollover?

No, the complimentary support block does not rollover to the next period.

I'm not sure what plan I need

No problem! Simply contact us and we’ll help you decide which option best fits your needs.

Do you provide a guarantee that I will never be hacked?

It is impossible to guarantee that any website will never be hacked.

However we do have many security measures in place on our care plans to greatly reduce the chance of your site being breached.

If a website is on our Gold care plans, and is hacke, we will get it fixed for you at no extra cost.

Can I really cancel anytime?
Absolutely! We don’t want you to be tied down, if you don’t need our service or are unhappy. Just get in touch with us via our contact form – no reason needed, and we’ll cancel the plan for you. Due to the nature of direct debit payments, please let us know 7 days in advance of your due date.

Please note, if you do cancel, then you would be responsible for purchasing licenses, taking care of updates, backups and making sure the site is secure.

If you wish to join at a later time, you can certainly do so, but we may need to run a health check again to make sure the site is up to date and malware free before we put the site on a care plan.

How long will the plan last for?
If you’ve signed up to a care plan, either annually, or monthly, you will continue to receive our services agreed until you cancel the plan or change plan.
Will the plan ever change?
We reserve the right to change the terms and pricing of our Care Plans.

You will receive any changes in writing 3 months before any proposed changes, and should you wish to change your plan (either upgrade/downgrade or cancel), you can do so.

Do you offer any refunds?
If you are a new customer, you can request a refund within 14 days of signing up, providing we have not carried out any work for you in that time.
